STATUS ANEMIA IBU SAAT HAMIL TERHADAP KEJADIAN STUNTING PADA BALITA USIA 12-23 BULAN DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS LIMAPULUH KOTA PEKANBARU

Stunting is defined as the condition of children’s height which is not suitable with their age. The result of their body height measurement index compared to the age (PB/U) less than -2 SD. Based on Indonesian Toddler Nutrition Status Survey data in 2022, the stunting prevalence Riau Province was 17,0%. Limapuluh Sub District is a sub district with the highest number of stunting occurrence in Pekanbaru City with prevalence 4,47%. One of causative factors for stunting is anemia history in the pregnant women. Anemia in pregnant women generally is caused by the physiological change during the pregnancy. When the infant and the baby were born, iron deficiency anemia caused the infant growth inhibited and premature birth until it can cause stunting. If stunting does not get the right management, then it will cause short term and long term impact on the children. To find out the correlation between anemia history in pregnancy and stunting occurrence in toddlers age 12- 23 months in the work area of Limapuluh Community Health Center Pekanbaru City. Used analytic observational study design with cross sectional design. The sampling technique was proportionate stratified random sampling sampling with sample size 142 respondents..The data were tested statistically using Spearman correlation test. There is correlation between anemia history during pregnancy in stunting occurrence p-value 0,000. The value of correlation coefficient was 0,590 which meant the correlation strength was medium. Anemia history during pregnancy are related to stunting occurrence on toddlers age 12-23 months in the work area of Limapuluh Community Health Center Pekanbaru City.

DAMPAK PERKEMBANGAN BAHASA ANAK USIA 4-6 TAHUN OLEH IBU BEKERJA YANG MEMBACA NYARING

Reading aloud or read aloud is a method of reading texts aloud using reading media in the form of illustrated textbooks accompanied by expressions, intonation and interaction between the reader and listener. Reading aloud can be done by parents, especially mothers, both housewives and also working mother. It can impact a child's focus and attention span and stimulates discussion and interaction. This study aims to determine the relationship between the habit of reading aloud by working mothers and the language development of their children aged 4-6 years in Kindergartens Xaverius 3, 4 and 9, Palembang. The type of research used is analytical observational with a cross sectional design. The population of this study were working mothers with children aged 4-6 years who attended kindergartens Xaverius 3, 4 and 9, Palembang. The sample used was 40 respondents who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data collection was carried out using a read aloud questionnaire and a pre-development screening questionnaire (KPSP). The results of the univariate analysis provide an overview of the frequency distribution regarding the mother's last education, the mother's occupation, the habit of reading books using the read aloud method, and the language development of children aged 4-6 years. Meanwhile, bivariate analysis carried out using the chi-square test obtained a p-value of 0.025 (P<0.05) so we can conclude that there is a significant relationship between the habit of reading aloud and the language development of children aged 4-6 years.

PERIOPERATIF ANESTESI TINDAKAN TURP PADA PASIEN GERIATRI DENGAN ANODONTIA

Perioperative anesthesia is the management before, during, and after surgery. In geriatric patients, perioperative anesthesia management considers age and changes that occur in physiological aging, including decreased organ function, systemic abnormalities, and including anodontia. Transurethral Resection of Prostate (TURP) is a prostate resection procedure that uses endoscopy, such as BPH (Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia) or Prostate cancer. A 65-year-old geriatric man with suspected prostate cancer came to the emergency room with the initial complaint of not being able to urinate since 1 week before entering the hospital, and had done TURP with regional anesthesia.

HUBUNGAN KADAR HEMOGLOBIN DAN KADAR LEUKOSIT PRE OPERASI DENGAN LENGTH OF STAY PADA PASIEN POST APENDIKTOMI DI RUMAH SAKIT SYAFIRA KOTA PEKANBARU

Latar Belakang: Apendisitis merupakan salah satu penyakit yang ditemukan berbagai pelosok dunia. Apendisitis merupakan penyakit yang dapat menimbulkan komplikasi yang berisiko mortalitas. Namun risiko mortalitas dapat diturunkan dengan adanya operasi. Penanganan pada pasien apendisitis dapat dilakukan melalui apendiktomi. Setiap pasien yang menjalani apendiktomi harus mendapatkan layanan rawat inap di rumah sakit. Dari tahun 2020 hingga tahun 2021 terjadi peningkatan pasien apendiktomi di Rumah Sakit Syafira. Pasien yang mendapatkan pelayanan rawat inap di Rumah Sakit, biasanya akan berada di ruang rawat inap selama beberapa hari. Lama rawat untuk pasien apendisitis dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya adalah status klinis pasien. Status klinis berupa pemeriksaan laboratorium kadar hemoglobin dan kadar leukosit pre operasi yang merupakan salah satu variabel prediktor dalam mengevaluasi lama rawat pasien post apendiktomi.

Tujuan: Mengetahui Hubungan Kadar Hemoglobin dan Kadar Leukosit Pre Operasi dengan Length Of Stay Pasien Post Apendiktomi di Rumah Sakit Syafira Kota Pekanbaru.

Metode Penelitian: Penelitian cross sectional dengan pendekatan survei deskriptif analitik. Teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Analisis data pada penelitian menggunakan uji korelasi pearson.

Hasil: Ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan dan korelasi hubungan yang kuat antara kadar hemoglobin, dan kadar leukosit dengan length of stay
