Peranan UNSMIL dalam Proses Rekonstruksi Libya Pasca Runtuhnya Rezim Khadafi

Abstract

This research explain role of UNSMIL (United Support Mission In Libya) Role’s In Libya Reconstruction Proces Post Khadafi Regime, baesd on United Nations Security Council resolution foe estabilished the non military organization as partner of National Transitional Council of Libya in order to reconstruction This country post conflict. This research shows that UNSMIL (United Support Mission In Libya) Role’s In Libya Reconstruction Proces Post Khadafi Regime implemneted by applied UN Security Council resolutions since its established on September 2011, were implemented by UNSMIL such as electoral support, Human rights, transitional justice and rule of law, Public security (estabilished  Police, increasing Border security, Arms proliferation, Landmines and explosive remnants of war, Integration, demobilization and reintegratio), socio-economic recovery and coordination of international assistance, Humanitarian situation, which so far seems as good and usefull  functions of non military organization to help Libya’s Governemnt in order to reconstruction Libya post khadafi regime.
