STRATEGI GREENPEACE DALAM MENGAWAL KOMITMEN NOL DEFORESTASI INDONESIA : STUDI KASUS PERUSAHAAN ASIAN AGRI DI PROVINSI RIAU 2018-2020

Abstract

The Zero Deforestation Commitment demands alignment between public and private sector governance, needs opportunities supported by public policies, progress in land tenure settlement, enforcement of laws and regulations at the central and regional levels, implementation of policies to rationalize the expansion of smallholder-managed oil palm plantations small and medium enterprises as well as support or campaigns from organizations such as Greenpeace to oversee zero deforestation policies. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. Which produces descriptive data in the form of speech or writing and the behavior of the observed person. Qualitative research aims to gain a general understanding of social reality and participants' perspectives. According to the TAN concept, there are seven main actors who are able to contribute, namely NGOs, local social movements, foundations, media, government, as well as actors in trading activities.
