<p><strong><em>Background:</em></strong> <em>Carpal Tunnel Syndromee (CTS) is an entrapment neuropathy that most often occurs in the wrist. This syndromee occurs due to pressure on the median nerve as it passes through the carpal tunnel in the wrist, precisely under the flexor retinaculum. The problems that occur in this case are pain in the wrist, pinching of the median nerve, decreased functional ability of the hand.</em> <strong><em>Objective:</em></strong> <em>This research is aimed at Carpal Tunnel Syndromee sufferers to improve the functional abilities of the hands.</em> <strong><em>Research Method</em></strong><em>: </em><em>Case study with 1 sample person suffering from Carpal Tunnel Syndromee with Severe Disability. Ultrasound intervention and carpal bone mobilization 3 times a week for 3 weeks. This research was conducted at the Tampan Pekanbaru Psychiatric Hospital in April-May 2022. The instrument used to measure hand functional ability was the Wrist Hand Dissability Index (WHDI. BPPV is manifested by spinning and shifting dizziness in addition to nausea, vomiting, cold sweat, nystagmus, and balance issues when the position of the head shifts against gravity as a result of adhesions or floating calcium carbonate crystals or otoliths in the semicircular canals, a condition known as vertigo occurs. <strong>Purpose: </strong>The goal of this study was to evaluate the efficiency of physiotherapy treatment for reducing vertigo in BPPV patients utilizing the semont liberatory maneuver and brandt baroff exercise. <strong>Research Method : </strong>A case study that is presented as a descriptive narrative is the research approach that was chosen. Research subjects consisted of a single benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) specimen that met the specimen acceptance criteria. The study was carried out 6 times in therapy at the FIT Centrum, Aesthetic, Sport, Rehab Center &amp; Food Pekanbaru clinic. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage and Neuromuscular Taping (NMT) to reduce pain and swelling. This research uses the Case Study method. The sample for this study was a 16 years old male who was given physiotherapy intervention in the form of a combination of Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage and Neuromuscular Taping (NMT) which was carried out at the ADA Physiotherapy Clinic Pekanbaru with physiotherapy procedures 6 times over 2 weeks. Pain values ​​are measured using the Visual Analog Scale (VAS), while swelling is measured using a measuring tape (meterline). After 6 treatments, it was found that the pain score was reduced from 7 to 3 on the Visual Analog Scale (VAS), swelling circumference from 54.8 cm to 53.2 cm using the Figure of Eight technique. Sampel terdiri dari 14 orang di Praktek Bidan Dinar Kusuma Dewi Karawang. Sampel dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok perlakuan: kelompok perlakuan I terdiri dari 7 orang diberikan intervensi kinesiotapping dan kelompok perlakuan II terdiri dari 7 orang diberikan intervensi <em>massage. </em><strong>Hasil:</strong> Uji normalitas menggunakan <em>Shapiro Wilk test</em> didapatkan data tidak berdistribusi normal (p&lt;0,05), sedangkan uji homogenitas menggunakan <em>Levene’s test </em>didapatkan data bersifat homogen (p&gt;0,05). Hasil uji hipotesis I menggunakan <em>Wilcoxon test</em> diperoleh nilai p=0,017 dengan nilai median(min-maks) sebelum dan sesudah sebesar 5(4-6) dan 3(1-3). Hasil uji hipotesis II menggunakan <em>Wilcoxon test</em> diperoleh nilai p=0,016 dengan nilai median(min-maks) sebelum dan sesudah sebesar 5(4-8) dan 1(0-3). To increase strength and speed is to practice plyometric training, namely countermovement jumps and lateral cone hops with sprints. It aims to be able to perform techniques with high jumps, and speed when taking the ball.</p> <p><strong>Method</strong>: This type of research is a pre-experimental research. This research is a research method used to describe changes in the strength and speed of volleyball players after providing plyometric training. The design used in this study is one group pretest-posttest design. The sample in this study was taken with a purposive sampling technique and then a total sample of 20 people was obtained and each treatment was given plyometric training.</p> <p><strong>Results: </strong>The results showed that the provision of plyometric training could result in an increase in volleyball player strength with an average statistical result of pre test 231.00 to 300.00 in the post test and an increase in speed with an average pre-test statistic 4.6730 to 3, 9340 in the post test. T Test results show that giving plyometric training can result in increased strength and speed.</p> <p><strong>Conclucion:</strong> So the conclusion is that plyometric training has a significant influence on the level of strength and speed of volleyball players in senior high school of sport Makassar. Based on the results of significant calculations P = 0,000 or &lt;0.05.
