ABORTUS INKOMPLIT DAN FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DI RSUD ARIFIN ACHMAD PEKANBARU

Abstract

ABSTRAK

          Abortus inkomplit adalah peristiwa pengeluaran sebagian hasil konsepsi pada kehamilan sebelum 20 minggu, dengan masih adanya sisa yang tertinggal dalam uterus. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui kejadian abortus inkomplit dan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan di RSUD Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru. Metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitaf dengan desain study case control untuk kasus adalah ibu hamil yang megalami abortus inkomplit dan kontrol adalah ibu hamil normal yang tidak mengalami abortus inkomplit dengan usia kehamilan ≤ 20 minggu di RSUD Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru. Sampel penelitian 140 responden, dengan responden kasus 70 orang dan responden kontrol 70 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah nonprobability sampling. Analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan uji Chi-square. Hasil penelitian variabel yang berhubungan signifikan yaitu: umur ibu (p-value: 0,004, OR: 2,969), paritas ibu (p-value 0,006, OR: 2,771), anemia (p-value 0,001,OR 3,842), jarak kehamilan (p-value 0,004, OR: 2,867); variabel berhubungan terbalik adalah riwayat abortus sebelumnya (p -value 0,062, OR: 2,010) dan riwayat penyakit ibu (p-value 0,416, OR: 1,518). Diharapkan RSUD Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru lebih meningkatkan pelayanan dan informasi terhadap pasien ibu hamil, khususnya ibu hamil yang mengalami abortus inkomplit serta memberikan informasi atau penyuluhan tentang jenis kontrasepsi guna menjarangkan kehamilan, mengatur jumlah anak, pemeriksaan ANC secara teratur, pola nutrisi dan informasi seputar kehamilan.

ABSTRACT

Incomplete abortion is a partial expenditure event of conception in pregnancy before 20 weeks, with still remaining residue in the uterus. The objective of the study was to know the incidence of incomplete abortion and related factors at RSUD Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru. Quantitative descriptive research method with case study case control design for pregnant mother case of incomplete abortus and control abortus is normal pregnant woman not experiencing abortus incomplete with gestational age ≤ 20 weeks in RSUD Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru. Research sample 140 respondents, with case respondents 70 people and respondents control 70 people. The sampling technique is nonprobability sampling. Univariate and bivariate analysis with Chi-square test. The result of research of the significant related variables are: maternal age (p-value: 0,004, OR: 2,969), maternal parity (p-value 0,006, OR: 2,771), anemia (p-value 0,001, OR 3,842), -value 0,004, OR: 2,867); Reversed reversed variables were previous abortion history (p-value 0.062, OR: 2.010) and maternal disease history (p-value 0.416, OR: 1.518). It is expected that RSUD Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru further improve the services and information to pregnant women, especially pregnant women who have incomplete abortion and also provide information or counseling about contraceptives to enumerate pregnancy, regulate number of children, regular ANC examination, nutrition pattern and information about pregnancy.
