SEBUAH LAPORAN KASUS: TRAUMA KIMIA PADA MATA

ABSTRAK
Trauma kimia pada mata merupakan kegawatdaruratan oftalmologi yang disebabkan oleh bahan kimia, dapat berupa perlukaan ringan hingga berat pada struktur bola mata dan menyebabkan kebutaan. Pengenalan dan pengobatan dini memastikan hasil terbaik untuk kondisi yang berpotensi membutakan ini. Kami melaporkan kasus trauma kimia asam grade 1 ODS pada pasien seorang laki-laki berusia 24 tahun di IGD RSUD kota Dumai. Pada pemeriksaan status lokalis ditemukan visus mata kanan dan kiri 6/60, tampak edema pada palpebra superior et inferior ODS, hiperemia konjungtiva dan sklera ODS, serta ulkus kornea OS. Pasien diberikan obat tetes pantokain (OD), irigasi NaCl 0,9% (ODS) dan di rawat jalan.
