PENGARUH PEMBERIAN BRISK WALKING UNTUK MENGURANGI KETERGANTUNGAN NIKOTIN PADA PEROKOK AKTIF
Abstract
Background. Cigarettes are packaged processed tobacco products, produced from the Nicotiana Tabacum, Nicotiana Rustica plants and other species or synthetics that contain nicotine and tar with or without additives. other or synthetic substances containing nicotine and tar with or without additives. The American Cancer Society states that people who carry out substantial activities that emit tobacco, which are then immediately inhaled and accepted. Nicotine is a very addictive substance or can become dependent. Nicotine affects the chemical balance in the brain, specifically dopamine and norepinephrine, brain chemicals that control happiness and relax. Start the nicotine effect starts working, then the mood level and concentration will change. These changes occur very quickly. When someone smokes a cigarette, nicotine will go directly to the brain while the effect will work. That is why smokers really enjoy the effects of nicotine and become dependent on these effects. Purpose. This study was conducted to determine the limitations supported by active smokers, the physiotherapy intervention that can be given is a brisk walk. Research methods. The research conducted was an experiment with a pre and post test research design. The statistical test used is paired t-test sample to find out the relationship of each variable and see the exit value of each variable that will influence each other. Results. The results of this study indicate there is an implementation of the Fast Road Assistance with a value of p = 0.004, it can be concluded that it is a decrease in nicotine compatibility.
