Ketuban Pecah Dini dan Oligohidramnion pada Kehamilan Preterm
Ketuban Pecah Dini (KPD) adalah keadaan pecahnya selaput ketuban sebelum persalinan. Penatalaksanaan ketuban pecah dini tergantung pada umur kehamilan dan tanda infeksi intrauterin. Oligidramnion didefinisikan sebagai penurunan amnion fluid volume (AFV) untuk usia kehamilan. Penyebab oligohiramnion tidak diketahui. Umumnya berhubungan dengan penurunan produksi urin janin (agenesis ginjal, obstruksi saluran kemih, dan kematian janin), kebocoran ketuban kronis atau ketuban pecah dini (35%), penyakit ibu (hipertensi, diabetes, insufisiensi uteroplasenta, preeklamsia). Pada kasus ini kami melaporkan seorang ibu hamil berusia 22 tahun, gravida 5, hamil preterm dengan ketuban pecah dini dan oligohidramnion, keluhan berupa keluar air dari jalan lahir dan belum inpartu. Laporan kasus ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran tentang diagnosa dini serta penatalaksanaan ketuban pecah dini untuk mengurangi risiko ibu dan janin.
