Hubungan Kepatuhan Diet Dengan Tekanan Darah Pada Penderita Hipertensi Di Puskesmas Perwira Bekasi Utara

Background: Hypertension is a non-communicable disease (PTM) that causes death in the world with a prevalence of 34.11% in Indonesia in 2018. Hypertension can be controlled with diet or food restrictions by limiting salt intake. Dietary adherence is very important for people with hypertension, because it can lower blood pressure and prevent complications due to hypertension. Objective: The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between dietary compliance and blood pressure in hypertensive patients at the Perwira Health Center in North Bekasi. Methods: This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach and a cross-sectional research design. Data collection, primary data was obtained by direct collection which consisted of filling out dietary adherence questionnaires and direct blood pressure measurements with a sample of 105 respondents. Data processing using a computer system and data analysis using SPSS with Chi-square test. Results: The results showed that there was a significant relationship between dietary compliance and blood pressure in hypertensive patients at the Perwira Health Center in North Bekasi, which indicated a p-value of 0.019, where the number < ᵅ : 0,05. Conclusion: Dietary compliance is related to blood pressure in hypertensive patients at the Perwira Health Center in North Bekasi.

Abstrak
Latar Belakang : Hipertensi yaitu penyakit tidak menular (PTM) yang menyebabkan kematian di dunia dengan prevalensi sebesar 34,11% di Indonesia pada tahun 2018. Hipertensi bisa dikontrol dengan diet atau pembatasan makanan dengan cara membatasi asupan garam. Kepatuhan diet sangat penting bagi penderita hipertensi, karena dapat menurunkan tekanan darah serta mencegah komplikasi akibat hipertensi. Tujuan : Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kepatuhan diet dengan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi di Puskesmas Perwira Bekasi Utara. Metode : Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan desain penelitian cross sectional. Pengumpulan data, data primer didapatkan dengan pengambilan secara langsung yang terdiri dari pengisian kuesioner kepatuhan diet dan pengukuran tekanan darah secara langsung dengan sampel 105 responden. Pengolahan data dengan menggunakan sistem komputer dan analisis data menggunakan SPSS dengan uji Chi-square. Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepatuhan diet dengan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi di Puskesmas Perwira Bekasi Utara yang ditunjukkan p-value sebesar 0,019, dimana angka < ᵅ = 0,05. Kesimpulan : Kepatuhan diet berhubungan dengan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi di Puskesmas Perwira Bekasi Utara.
