Abstrak

Low back pain (LBP) adalah nyeri yang terjadi disekitar punggung bagian bawah (lumbosakral), berupa nyeri lokal ataupun nyeri radikular, yang bersifat akut ataupun kronik yang menjadi suatu permasalahan kesehatan. Low back pain merupakan keluhan yang sering dialami sebagian besar populasi di dunia dan merupakan penyebab umum terjadinya disabilitas dan penurunan aktifitas kerja. World Health Organization (WHO) melaporkan bahwa pada Negara maju lebih kurang 70-80% penduduk pernah mengalami low back pain, 55-45% usia dewasa mengalami low back pain setiap tahunnya. Negara industri lebih kurang 80% penduduknya pernah mengalami low back pain. beberapa faktor risiko yang berkaitan dengan low back pain yaitu faktor individu dan faktor pekerjaan, pekerjaan yang terdiri dari beban kerja, durasi kerja, sikap kerja. Sikap kerja tidak alamiah merupakan sikap kerja dengan posisi bagian tubuh menjauhi posisi anatomi tubuh. Punggung terlalu membungkuk, kepala terangkat, pergerakan tangan terangkat. Sikap kerja duduk yang salah dapat menyebabkan lowback pain bila dilakukan secara berulang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah accidental sampling dengan menggunakan uji korelasi spearman rank. Hasil Penelitian didapatkan bahwa Terdapat hubungan antara sikap kerja (p-value = 0,000) dan durasi berkendara (p-value = 0,000) dengan keluhan low back pain pada pengendara sepeda motor ojek online  di kota Pekanbaru.
