Implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education has great potential to enhance learning effectiveness. However, its adoption is still constrained by infrastructure limitations and low technological literacy among teachers. This community service activity was conducted in January 2025 at SMPN 40 Pekanbaru with the objectives of (1) increasing AI technology literacy among educators to help them understand the basic concepts of AI and its benefits in education, and (2) developing teachers' skills in integrating AI into teaching strategies to improve teaching effectiveness. The methods used included socialization, training, and direct mentoring, with evaluation conducted through a Likert-scale-based survey. The results show an 80% increase in teachers' understanding of AI and enthusiasm for its use in personalized learning and administrative task automation. However, challenges such as limited access to supporting devices and the need for further training were identified. Therefore, enhancing infrastructure, continuous training, and developing AI-based teaching strategies are necessary to ensure more optimal and sustainable implementation.
