PENDAMPINGAN MODEL PROMOSI DIGITAL UMKM KERUPUK JANGEK PAK ALI PADA MASA NEW NORMAL DI KOTA PEKANBARU
Abstrak
To increase the profit of a business is highly recommended to conduct the promotion of the products. One of the businesses that are rapidly growing in the city of Pekanbaru today is the skin cracker snack. Pak Ali's skin cracker snack is our community service partner, who is accompanied in determining the promotion model in the new normal era, where his business has decreased turnover since the Covid-19 pandemic. Some of the problems identified: 1. Decreased sales turnover of skin cracker snack during a pandemic, 2. Difficulty in determining a proper and attractive promotional model in product sales. During one month, we provide promotional model assistance to Pak Ali's business facing the new normal era, including the strategies to observe market trends, social media platforms utilization, building branding image, and conduct a promotion via GOJEK application. After the companion program ended, Pak Ali's skin cracker snack business already has a digital promotion model, and the turnover has gradually increased up to 40% in the last four months
