Rules of Cancellation of Manuscripts

The author is not allowed to cancel the manuscript that is already in the review process because the cancellation or withdrawal of the manuscript is a wasted work (a waste of time and energy) carried out by the editor or reviewer.

If the writer still wants to cancel the manuscript sent, the writer will be fined Rp. 300,000 (three hundred thousand rupiah). Cancellation will be done by the editor, if the author has made payment and sent proof of payment to the editor of RABIT.

If the author does not agree to pay the fine or cancel the publication unilaterally without the knowledge of the editor, the writer will be blacklisted for publication on RABIT. Even previously published manuscripts will be deleted in RABIT. In the blacklist will be written the full name of the author, email all authors, and affiliations from the author and most likely will be published.

 Writers without clarity on manuscripts
The author has submitted the manuscript and has passed the review process, and the results of the review have been submitted by the editor to the author. However, there was no response (response) from the author to improve the manuscript within a period of more than 4 months, so the manuscript is still in an active status in the RABIT online system. Because of this, editors and reviewers have done the work in vain (a waste of time and energy) then the manuscript will not be published.

For such authors, the authors will be blacklisted for publication on RABIT. Even previously published manuscripts will be deleted in RABIT. In the blacklist will be written the full name of the author, email all authors, and affiliations from the author.
