The Student Executive Board, hereinafter abbreviated (BEM), is one of the student organizations in the STMIK-AMIK-RIAU environment, BEM as the student body with the most board members in the STMIK-AMIK-RIAU environment. BEM becomes the main wheel of student activity. For this reason management is required with special criteria deemed appropriate for carrying out the main functions of the BEM itself. During this time the process to determine the eligibility criteria for the management has been running. However, the process only works by registering candidates for management and conducting interviews. This process is clearly ineffective and opens up the potential for fraud, and ignores time and material efficiency. Because of this, the author considers it necessary to design a Decision Support System to determine the eligibility criteria for the management of the Student Executive Board (BEM). The criteria entered will be processed and analyzed using the Analyticalcal Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. This SPK is used to determine whether a person is worthy of being an administrator. So this system helps KPUM in making the right decisions about BEM administrators, including administrative tests and interviews. This system will conduct an assessment of the 2 components mentioned above (Administration and Interview), then ranking it as material for the recommendation of the Bem management position.
