SISTEM PENILAIAN PERUMAHAN BERBASIS MOBILE MENGGUNAKAN METODE COMPLEX PROPORTIONAL ASSESSMENT

Abstrak

As increasing population, the need to own a house as a place to live also increases. Many housing entrepreneurs continue to compete in order to attract consumers to buy by offering many of advantages and affordable prices and easy payment methods. Many house choices often causes confusion for potential consumers or difficulties in choosing a house or housing. Decision support system is a computer-based system that can support decision-making using data and models in solving a problem. This research’s purpose is to develop a decision support system to assist potential customers in choosing a house based on access criteria to social services and public services. The system is developed using web and mobile programming that can be accessed by potential consumers as a consideration in choosing housing. There are 23 public services that are used as criteria in the calculation process of the Copras method. The Copras method was chosen because it can handle both quantitative and qualitative criteria in one assessment. From Copras method calculation produces the sequence: Kuantan housing with a significance value of Qj with a total of 18.96 and an Nj value of 100%. Safira Zahra housing with a Qj significance value of 18.69 and an Nj value for a Qj significance value of 98%. Meanwhile, Permata Housing is 17.19 and the Nj value is 91%. Base on this sequence’s result, Kuantan is the best recommendation from this decision support system.
