Abstrak

Currently, many universities have adopted web information systems to disseminate information. However, students and prospective students often encounter challenges such as systems providing general information, difficulty in finding lecture-related information, and the need for administrative units or contacts to address issues faced by new students, both during and outside office hours. Therefore, this prototype chatbot research utilizes the Dialogflow and Landbot platforms to address these challenges and facilitate academic communities in accessing information. The development stages of this chatbot application include needs analysis, design, prototyping, evaluation, and application release. The method that use in creating the chatbot is Natural Language Processing (NLP). The knowledge provision process in this chatbot cover data related to the required information. Which is embedded in Dialogflow and Landbot aims to enhance the understanding of context and the meaning of questions. Additionally, machine learning model training is used to improve Landbot's natural language processing skills. The testing results indicate that the application operates flawlessly, demonstrating the chatbot's ability to answer questions and recognize previously provided knowledge accurately.
